How long until I receive my piece?
Every Rudian piece is crafted after your order — nothing is held in stock. This piece is dispatched within 14 working days. Once dispatched, delivery takes 2–4 business days via insured courier.
What are your pieces made from?
All Rudian pieces are crafted in 925 sterling silver, set with precision-cut American Diamonds. Select pieces in the AURORA pillar feature hand-applied meenakari enamel by Jaipur artisans.
Can I return or exchange this piece?
Because every piece is made to order for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. If your piece arrives with a manufacturing defect or is damaged in transit, we will replace it at no cost — contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs.
For rings: if the size is not right, we offer a free resize within 30 days of delivery. Please refer to our size guide before ordering.
