Every Rudian piece is made to order — crafted for you, to your specification, after you place your order. Because each piece is made individually, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. Instead, we guarantee your piece completely:

Size not right? We'll remake it in your correct size. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and we'll arrange it. (One complimentary remake; further adjustments may carry a materials cost, confirmed with you first.)

Any quality concern? Every creation is covered for life under our Lifetime Service promise — we'll repair or replace at no service charge. See After-Sales Service.

Damaged or wrong item? Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right immediately.
